Where we ship
Shipping is available only to valid street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.
Carrier and shipping charges
All orders ship by UPS. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed before payment.
Delivery address
Orders are shipped only to the delivery address confirmed during checkout. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate street address.
A requested address change after payment may require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new order.
Handling and tracking
Tracking information will be provided when the order ships. Handling and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside PromptForge's direct control.
Shipping damage
Keep the shipping carton, packing materials, and damaged item. Photograph the package and item before discarding or altering anything. Shipping-damage claims must be reported promptly to orders@promptforge.social.
