Listings and product information
PromptForge makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Actual-item photographs are used for one-off used inventory when available. Minor typographical or display errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Orders and availability
An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted for fulfillment. Inventory may be limited, especially for one-off used items.
PromptForge may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, invalid delivery address, or other condition that prevents lawful and reliable fulfillment.
Prices, tax, and shipping
Prices are listed in United States dollars. Applicable tax and UPS shipping charges are added before payment. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the complete order total before approving payment.
Technical products
Buyers are responsible for confirming that a product's published specifications, voltage, interfaces, operating requirements, and compatibility are suitable for their intended use.
Technical products must be used lawfully and with appropriate electrical, radio-frequency, mechanical, battery, and electrostatic-discharge precautions.

Terms stated on an individual product listing control over these general terms when the listing is more specific.
Changes
Store policies may be updated as products, shipping methods, payment systems, or legal requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order.
