We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate the site, process and fulfill orders, provide shipping, prevent fraud, maintain security, respond to order-related communications, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

- Shipping address and carrier-required contact information

- Messages sent regarding an order or product

Payments
Payment credentials are processed by PayPal. PromptForge does not store complete card numbers or PayPal account passwords. We receive the transaction identifiers and payment status needed to process the order.
How information is used
Personal information is used for order processing, shipping, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling, customer communication, accounting, tax records, and site security.
Customer information is not sold, rented, or used to train PromptForge or third-party artificial-intelligence models.
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with service providers that perform essential functions, including PayPal for payments, UPS for shipping, hosting and security providers, and email providers.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, tax compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and security. Records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably required.
Cookies and logs
The site may use essential cookies for authentication, cart, checkout, forum, and security functions. PromptForge does not use customer information for third-party behavioral advertising.
