A return may be considered when the wrong item was shipped, the item differs materially from its listing, or the item was materially damaged during UPS transit.
Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge, conditions disclosed in the listing, failure to read the listing, or inability to use the equipment for an intended project.
PromptForge configured hardware
Product-specific return terms, when available, will be stated on the individual listing. Otherwise, return consideration is limited to shipping damage, delivery of the wrong item, or a material difference between the product received and the published listing.
Return authorization
Do not send an item back without return instructions from orders@promptforge.social. Unauthorized returns may be refused. The item, included accessories, original packaging, and identifying labels must be preserved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from a material PromptForge shipping or listing error.
